    This sale is for a vintage, c. 1940's, handmade, hanging clothpin bag with a vintage wooden hanger. It's made to look like a child's blue & white dress adorned with kittens & red balls. It measures about 17" x 17". Bag has minor discoloration in its upper portion but still displays well with no tears or staining. It would definitely enhance your laundry room decor.
