Vintage Motorcycle Side car fender ?

This is the Fender you will be bidding on and receive, I was told that this is a rare 1948 Side car fender. I've looked through many pictures on the web and saw a motorcycle in the UK and one in Cuba that looked like it. Sorry I don't really know for sure which one if at all, It does need work as you can see by the pictures and it does have some rusting going on but it is still a really good fine for what I'm asking. If you have any questions fill free to ask before bidding on it. Look at all the pictures before bidding on it as it is being sold as is sorry no returns unless you want to pay for return shipping.  If anyone knows for sure please let me know so I'm giving the correct information about it.  Thanks and stay safe everyone
