    Description

    This is an Antique Unger Brothers Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Embossed Flowers Ruffled Edge Large Vegetable Bowl.  I recently acquired this at a local estate auction.  It is clearly marked Sterling and has the Unger Brothers company symbol as well as 0852 Piece Type Number on the bottom.  It is in good condition with only minor surface marks appropriate for its age and use and no monogram or engraving (or removal.)  This has a high relief pattern that is crisp, clear and strong.  The bowl measures 11 inches in diameter.  If you collect and use fine Art Nouveau sterling, or know someone who does, wouldn't this make a wonderful addition??
