TY Beanie Baby Maple the Bear with Errors - New Condition

Maple the Bear
Rare retired Teenie Beanie Baby with 2  ERRORS!
He was released exclusively as a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear.
Tush tag errors – the box states that his birthday is July 1st 1996 but his tag says 1993 and he was made in Oak Brook, Illinois but his tag reads OAKBROOK (without the space). Never been played with or taken out of the box. I have slightly pried open the flap just enough to read the Tush Tag, but not enough to break the cardboard away from the main box.
On the back of the outer package, Oakbrook is spelled two ways : Oakbrook and Oak Brook.
Maple The Bear is in MINT condition. From smoke free home.
