This listing is for a lovely vintage Reed & Barton WINDSOR Sterling Silver large serving bowl, X959, c. 1940. The bowl is decorated with concave panels with scalloped edge and rim.
Marked in center with fancy 3-letter monogram "V C B". Marked with Reed & Barton trademark stamp and  "Reed & Barton, Sterling, X959" with date code for 1940.
Measures 2" high, 11" long and 8" wide.  Weighs 470 grams.
This nice bowl is in very good to excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minor signs of normal wear such as faint no-harm surface scratches.
We have two of these silver vegetable dishes/bowls should you wish a matched pair. Both are in very good to excellent Estate condition.
