    Description

    A heavy early sterling silver hand hammered footed two handle ice bowl by Kalo of Chicago with pierced liner. Length across the handles 10 5/8"; diameter 8"; height 4 1/4"; total weight 48 troy oz. Marked on the base Sterling, Hand Wrought at the Kalo Shops, Chicago and New York, 336, E, used between 1912 - 1916. Inscribed on the base Edith P De Foss 1913. Very good condition. Any black marks are reflections from the camera lens.
