Mint Never Hinged Convertible Booklets of 20 of the Peace Rose Issue---Scott #5280a and  #5280a(CF1)---there is only 1 #5280a(CF) listed in the 2021 Scott Specialized US Catalogue.
This (CF) was especially well done. The primary discernible difference is the lack of tagging.
