    booklet measures 8 5/8" by 3 3/4" and consists of 32 pages of text regarding "Official Argument For Proposed Constitutional Amendment To Provide Home Rule On the Subject of Intoxicating Liquors".  Also included on the back page is a sample ballot and how you should vote.  Condition is very good to excellent with minor wear due to age.  A great piece of Prohibition memorabilia.  Buyer to pay USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
