After over 1000 sales, I finally hit an incredibly unreasonable buyer! The item sold had a piece of sticky tape on the cover (yes, a piece of scotch tape). The tape was shown in pictures and described in the written description. Upon receiving the game and seeing that there was tape on the cover, th
e buyer demanded a full refund and opened a case against me
. I offered to send a replacement case, or provide a refund equal to the cost of the case (even though I had described the issue in the listing). They responded by leaving negative feedback. I described my items as accurately as a can, so
