An antique Chinese apothecary / medicine / herbal cabinet, unbranded. Large and impressive. Elm wood with brass hardware, decoratively carved Chinoiserie filigree apron and straight legs. Features twenty-five 8w x 5h smaller drawers over six 14w x 6h larger drawers, all with carved Chinese writing indicating intended contents of drawer. Shows signs of being beautifully refinished. Possibly made in China in the late 19th Century
