The set consists of
ONE full size medal, a lapel pin
and a service ribbon.
The photo shows the front and reverse of the medal, you will receive ONE full size medal

The Type 1 was designed in 2000, but was redesigned in 2005 with a new coat of arms on the obverse, creating the type 2 medal. The medal was redesigned again in May 2008, with another modified coat of arms, creating the type 3, the currently issued medal. The reverse of all three medals are the same. Limited quantity available.
