Probably early 20th century
The overall rack is 22" wide X 19" tall X 3 1/2" deep
The wood for the back is 1/4". The pierce-work panels are 1/8" thick.
Could be used as magazine rack or even to hold menus in restaurant.There is a scrap of the original red paper which was set in back of the fretwork for contrast.
Selling as found
