Lot of original ca 1940s of photos and a document related to San Antonio, Texas African-American soldier. Lot includes five photos and one real photo postcard (RPPC) of a U. S. Army soldier in various uniforms The two smallest photos show men in uniform in front of barracks; the other 4 are studio portraits. One of the small photos has 3 surnames. Two photos taken by Maffet Studios, E. Houston St., San Antonio. Also includes his military draft document, Selective Service System, Sept. 1945. The photos range in size from 2 ½ x 3 ¼” to 3 ½ x 5 3/8”. The photos range from fair to good, with numerous creases, yellowed tape (on two), wear and tear; see scans.
